Principal
Arthur E. Pape has practiced real estate and general business law since
1965. Initially he specialized in the legal aspects of regional mall development.
He now represents
developers and investors in the development, financing,
construction, leasing, and operation of office buildings,
shopping centers, hotels, stadiums, and multi-use projects.
His experience in structuring vehicles for these developments,
including partnerships, joint ventures, and limited
liability companies, has broadened his practice into
other general business areas.
